Add the mindfulness aspect by linking your breath to each movement. For example


Slowly Inhale lift your hands up 
Slowly exhale bring your hands  and head down to your thighs, knees, or toes
Slowly inhale, hands back up
Slowly exhale open arms... so on and so on!
