Yoga Class Courtesy Policy
For the safety and satisfaction of all our yoga students, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes PRIOR to the class start time. This will allow you to center yourself before class and ensure everyone has a space to lay down their yoga mat. Students who arrive more than 5 minutes after the posted class start time will not be permitted to enter the studio/class, regardless of circumstances.
Late arrivals and early departures are disruptive to class. Please be respectful of your instructor and fellow students by being inside the studio on your mat at the posted start time. If you must leave early, please advise the instructor at the beginning of class, and take the place nearest the exit.
Lastly, please turn off your phone or switch it to “Airplane Mode” when you arrive.
Yoga Class Cancellation Policy
Registration is required for all classes. Mocha Yoga requires 48-hour notice to cancel in studio and mobile class reservations; in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $75 convenience fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
You can cancel your class by emailing info@theemochayoga.com up to 48 hour before your scheduled class to avoid being charged a no-show or late-cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or text cancellations.
Appointment Lateness Policy
Please arrive or expect the yoga teacher to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointments, we may not be able to extend yoga sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time and you will be charged for the entire session.
Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. A studio credit will be issued to your account if you cancel within 7 days of the event. Yoga memberships and class packages can not be shared or transferred to another person or entity. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event will result in a $75 convenience fee.

You must exercise caution, good sense and sound judgment in using this Website. Mocha Yoga does not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary Content to us through this Website unless specifically requested. Please note that any unsolicited Content sent to us will be deemed not to be confidential or proprietary.
Website Security
You are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of this Website. Any such violations may result in criminal and/or civil penalties against you. We will investigate any alleged or suspected violations and if a criminal violation is suspected, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
